My Story

A little about Daniel

Retention isn’t about perks. It’s about people.


I’m Daniel Shinaver—Marine Veteran, Resilience Coach, and Workplace Culture Architect. I’ve lived the discipline of the Corps, the grit of overcoming service-related injuries, and the challenge of building loyalty in environments where it’s easier to walk away than stay.


That’s why my mission is simple: help businesses keep their best people—Veterans and Non-Veterans alike.
